MERCIER grapes are grown biodynamically, with no pesticides or herbicides, and only organic fertilizers. The vineyard is located on bench land in Mendocino County. Our grape yield is approximately 2 tons per acre. All grapes are hand sorted in the vineyard and at crush. The wine is aged for 18 months in Allier French Oak 40% new. MERCIER wines are bottled unfiltered.
